Overseer-Designate Tamara Bethea is the Senior and Founding Pastor of Abundant Hope Christian Center in Newark, New Jersey. Where the mission is to glorify God, edify people, and reach the community through meaningful worship and outreach. With the vision to empower people through sound biblical preaching and teaching, and compassionate biblical service in a loving atmosphere that fosters healing, deliverance, and growth in their lives.

Pastor Tamara is the covering pastor for Freedom and Liberty Outreach Fellowship, where their pastor is Elder Tanya McAllister-Miller. Pastor Tamara has a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership from Pillar College. She serves as a clergy leader for Faith in NJ and is also the CEO of La ’Salle Coaching, LLC, the host of two online shows, and an author.
