‘In the Garden: Conversations with God’ is a collection of journal entries, poetry and stories from the author Marsha Cole-Trice and several guest authors. Cole-Trice shares intimate conversations in hopes that she may inspire readers and even those they know in several ways. Some of the excerpts are happy, and some may be sad, and then there is a mixture in between. She wants readers to see that her God indeed has a sense of humor. There is a section “Poetry Café” where the author shares her poetry and a bonus section entitled “Black Lives Matter-Where Are Our Black Men” where we will hear from some men themselves.
