Pastor Quanceletta Pittman
Conference Preacher
Pastor Pittman received her Christian education at Bibleway Deliverance Center under her father, Bishop Wayne L. Johnson, where she accepted her call into ministry at age 23 and preached her initial sermon in 2001, embracing sanctification and holiness. She later joined Praise Temple Interdenominational Church of God in 2004, where she was ordained, advanced to Evangelist in 2010, and served in multiple ministries including women’s and mission work. In 2019, she and her husband founded the L.E.A.P. ministry focused on prayer and intercession, and in 2021 she returned to Bibleway Deliverance Center to serve in the pastorate. Alongside her ministerial work, she leads prayer services, teaches, and has built a strong background in education with degrees and ongoing theological and leadership studies. She is passionate about reaching lost souls and youth, serves in education professionally, and is a wife and mother, holding Psalm 126:5 as her guiding scripture.

Overseer Tanya T. McAllister

Overseer Tanya T. McAllister is an ordained minister, pastor, and visionary leader whose life reflects a powerful journey of transformation, returning to God after stepping away and finding renewed purpose through personal tragedy. As the founder of Freedom & Liberty Outreach Fellowship, Youth Connection Bible Church, and multiple outreach initiatives, she is also a Certified Master Transformation Coach, Forgiveness Coach, Certified Christian Counselor, author, and creative leader, extending her impact far beyond the church walls. She is the author of Order in the Court: Mistrial of the Saints and I OBJECT, and remains committed to empowering others to heal, grow, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Overseer Jarneill M. Frazier

Overseer Jarneill M. Frazier is the Sr. Pastor of Greater Macedonia Pentecostal Temple in Bayonne, NJ, and serves as General Overseer of The Redeemed Pentecostal Fellowship of Churches & Ministries. He accepted Christ at a young age and later pursued theological training, earning an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies in 2021. He serves the City of Jersey City through the Police Department while faithfully leading his church, having been elevated to General Overseer after the passing of his grandfather, Bishop James D. Wright Sr. He is also the founder of Jarneill M. Frazier Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to community empowerment, and lives by the motto, “If I can help somebody, then my living won’t be in vain.”
