About the Speaker:

Dr. Renita L. Webb is a native of Durham, NC. She is an educator, minister, wife, mother, speaker, queen, and mentor. Dr. Webb holds three degrees: BA English, MEd Education Administration, and PhD Leadership in Education Administration. She has served in many educational roles from teacher to principal to college professor. She became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in 2002, while pursuing her BA at Elon University.

Dr. Webb is an Educational Leadership Strategist. She helps leaders increase their authenticity, empower their "follow"ship, and make a greater impact. From this work, "Leadership Live" (an online broadcast) and "Room for Refinement Radio" (a podcast) were born.
